Long story short, while removing my o/r x to drop my trans i stripped both studs on the drivers side manifold, now i need to replace them. (just going to replace all 4, cause the passenger ones look pretty rusty and i'd rather not have another problem down the road)

I have been looking online for the past 3 hours trying to find a legit answer, someone said it was m10 x 1.5, but then i saw someone else say it was a m8 x 1.25. I'm so confused and i don't want to buy some studs and they end up being the wrong ones...

what is the correct size of the stud so i can go up to autozone, orilleys, etc and pick them up... Thanks for the help guys.

Attached is a home-made picture showing my superior artistic ability and also so there's no confusion between which studs i'm talking about.

I want to say i trust this guy more then the other, so looks like i'll be trying out the m10x1.5.

If anyone else can chime in and lead me in the right direction that would be great.

I was able to dye (re thread) them and tap the nuts (lol), the size is in fact M10 X 1.50. And yes they thread out. But you have to heat the manifold up with a torch and use PB blaster to remove them. Be careful not to break them off in the manifold...then you'd be fu**ed.

or you can get 2 nuts 1 bigger then the other, thread it up bigger one first. not all the way, then the smaller one and snug it and just unbolt the bigger one, it will pull the stud out
