Hey guys i have been talking to a guy with a V1 S-trim S/C And it comes with everything except the BTU and fuel lines. ( the blades look nearly new) But it has an Anderson power pipe, 8lbs pulley,belts, 3.33 pulley and everything else and the unit was rebuilt 6 years ago but never run after. He wanted $1500 ive talked him down to $1,100. ( should i get it rebuilt? Though maybe i will at least have the seals replaced since its been sitting so long?)
But my question is would i have to worry about creating to much HP or TQ for my Block to crack or my Tranny to burn out?? ( Tremec 3550- hold 375 TQ rating ).
Here are my parts list now (from what i can remember at the moment) And if anyone can tell me if i should be safe or not and not worry about damage that would be great.
306 bored (still stock block)
Trick flow Track heat Upp/low intake.
Roush 200cc heads.
70mm TB
Intake fuel pump upgrade (cant think) 190LPH or 255LPH.
E-303 cam
1.7RR
Full MSD ignition (with the 6AL will i neet the BTM still, or is it a good idea?)
EQ headers, H-pipe, Mac cat back.
24lbs injectors. and Fuel rails
Adjustable fuel regulators
Underdrive pullies w/ Smog pump delete
Thats all i can think of that is engine related at the moment, but i just was wondering if you guy think i would be safe to run this S-trim with this combo or not. B/c i dont want to crack the block or screw up the tranny. Also do you have a rough number on HP and TQ? I would rather be further away from 500 and alot closer to 400, b/c my car wont be wooping anyone if i crack the block.
But let me know what ya think about if i would be ok, if ya got a HP and TQ range guess, if ya think its a good deal or bad deal, anything would be helpful, i appeciate any and all posts, hopefully ya can help me out. Thanks guys! - The Novice.
