Daily Driving a Kenne Bell 2V... Need Advice

So I am posting this thread because I see alot of users on this forum that have Kenne Bell kits on their 2V GTs. I seriously want some boost but My life but This is my Daily Driver...

I am looking to install a 2.1 Kenne Bell kit on my GT. The GT is my DD and I drive it alot. Stop and go traffic with the A/C on. I also do Long road trip often. I drive 700 Miles just this weekend.

So, I would like some input from users that Daily Drive their KB or any PD blower cars. I would like to know how DD a Kenne Bell car is. I just dont want to be driving in traffic with the air on and have my car getting hot. I live in california so heat is an issue.

Please shoot me some Input!!!

killer chiller hurts gas milage cause you run your ac all the time. The op already does that so he may as well keep his iat's real low

The KB doesn't chug gas if you stay out of boost.

I can't agree to that. I only get 13 mpg in city. I get 17 on highwy

lol correction. Kenne Bell says that the KB doesn't chug gasoline if you stay out of boost.

if you are really worried and want to stay out of boost if you choose I would consider a centri blower

It's hard for me not to want to use it, so I usually average 15mpg, but I got 20.993 mpg on an open road trip.

The heat exchanger with fans has made a nice difference during lower speed driving.

I get 14 city and 22 hi-way with mine and cams.
I would not be afraid to dd one, just keep up on oil level and change it every 10k or so

Yes the killer chiller uses your ac to cool the water for your ic. When run people get water temps down into the low 50's which averages iat's in the high 70's no matter what time of year
