started detailing the interior....gonna slowly detail the larger things until my big car show next month..then a few days before i'll spend an entire day on the engine bay...then the day before i'll do the car body and paint...might just paint my intake manifold black to clean up the bay a little like i did on my old one just to make it look good for the show

okay i need some opinions. My hood is delaminating only on certain spots. all on the raised parts. its hard to explain cuz i dont have a good pic of my whole hood. if someone posts a pic il highlight the areas. anyways, i am going to paint that black to cover it up until i paint the entire car. here is a pic of the delamination.

although it has since gotten worse. should i paint it trim black, or the same black i used on my wheels (gloss acrylic black)?

my main question is flat black (trim black) or gloss black (paint i used on my wheels).
Stick with whatever color your other black parts are. If they're matte then paint it matte. If it's gloss then paint it gloss.
