Used some of my free time yesterday to just do a quick buff/polish on the hood. There's lots of imperfections from whoever painted it, but there's a lot less now.

I was hoping to get some of the paint on the sides done, but it's been too damn humid to lay any paint lately.
That looks really good! Really sleek. Its crazy how much a buff/polish can make a differenceeee

Im on lunch break. I got the ported lower on, the fuel rail re-attached, the IMRC fixed (after I broke it..) and a coolant pipe kind of sort of back in place. Its all just reattaching stuff from here on out hopefully lol
Your gonna love it! And where did you get your ported lower?

today i changed out my oil pressure sensor, it wasn't that bad, only had to slip the serpentine belt off so i could stuff my hand in there from underneath with a pair of slip joint pump pliers, its tucked away pretty nicely but i finally got it out. but it didn't end up fixing my oil pressure problem, so i may have to change out the actual wire itself. hoping for the best. i was worried at first that oil might dump out on me, as the Haynes manual does not specify how to change this sucker out. but it didn't. (also i though i might have to remove the PS pump bracket that's why the 2 bolts are missing, but i ended up not having to)

I just went to quickchek for a monster, a silver v6 mustang like mine but an s197 not a new edge pulls in to the spot next to me. He had Cadillac v8 badges on the sides. He looked over, I shook my head and drove away. Another one bites the dust.. :(

Well I Im going to do the Super coupe swap into a new edge. Granted I Still have to get the car. But in the next couple weeks or so Im going to get the car. I have had a line on this car for a month and a half now and decided that I should pull the trigger. Not two worried about missing out on it as I found it on CL from a small hole in the wall dealer. Its no longer on CL or on their web site but they still have it. The swap will happen sometime next late spring or summer. Plan is to build the motor on a stand and then drop it in. My plans are:
H/C/I
O/R exhaust./long tubes
Front mount IC
and maybe a older style pulley on the 95 blower for a few more pounds of candy

other than I think I will do a few other small things besides the obvious.

oh a some pics from tonight

Now maybe its just because its my first time doing anything engine-wise and hopefully Ill think its worth it when Im done but holy **** is the windstar swap a gigantic pain in the ass. I got out in the garage at 8am and I just left it at 10pm and Im still not done. Plus the 3-4 hours I spent in there last night.

I got the windstar on the car but just not bolted down completely, working on reconnecting all the hoses and wires.

Does anyone have any pictures of the stock intake and the windstar intake with all the ports and whatnot labeled?
