So guys, I'm thinking of going wingless. What do you think? I did it once and this is what it looked like.

If it ever stops raining I will :p

Yeah your car looks great wingless! The only thing its missing is wide tires on the back :)

Lowered+wide tires+wingless = :drool

a lot of people don't like my wingless, but I'm a fan, I'll probably seal the holes come spring

x where you been at man, no detailing pictures, no food pictures, what happened to you?
dropped dead on the face of the earth... Been pretty busy lately. Been christmas shopping with the wife. But I did wash the car. Going to post pics up tomorrow. As for the food. I had the $10 box from pizza hut and some mcdonalds today but forgot to take pics for your ass  :lmao

Whew, super long day today.

I went out and washed the Mach with UWW+, did a wipe down with Eraser started doing the roof with fixer. After a while I wasn't 100% happy with the results. Still some outstanding scratches I wanted out so I went and got the m105 and now the entire car has been done with m105.

Fixer is great and it is what I will be using on my car from now on to keep it up if I need to but m105 works so fast and has so much cut. Obviously it's a mess but it handles the cold better than Fixer does. I also couldn't believe how well m105 finished.

Ruined a brand new cyan pad. Too harsh with the brush

Literally had used that pad 1 time. . .

It was a tad bit cold out all day. This is after washing a pad off in a warm bucket of water:

This is after m105:

Is it worth following with 205 when it already looks like that? I could follow with 205 or v38.

Also, what the consensus on using a pad after you wash it in a bucket of soapy water? You let it sit and dry? Put it on the DA and spin it dry? Use it damp?

Also where is Modded? He is supposed to be posting up this wax/sealant super test with some videos. . .

yea gotta be careful with the cyan pads as they are not very durable. I wash my with dawn after using then turn them upside down with velcro facing up so water runs out of the pad away from the glue holding it together. Fixer doesnt cut as much as 105 but not many things do but its much nicer to work with I think. I dont reuse a pad till its almost dry and just slightly damp from washing it.

Why are the cyan pads so fragile? I am not having good luck with the ones I have been using so far and might just switch to BnS yellow pads. Do they last longer? Maybe it's just the low profile cyan pads, idk. . .

105 worked better in the cold for me. Fixer doesn't seem to be a huge fan of Michigan winters lol. I will be trying it again when it's warm. I like the fact that Fixer requires so little product to be used.

You just let the pad air dry? Do you spin it on your polisher or anything to dry it? I had 3 cyan pads but I ruined one right off the bat so I had 2 but then I dropped one lol. I had ran into a few self caused stupid issues today.

BTW Eraser smells awesome. It's kinda like powerade.
