I'dtry to pound out the dent, depending what it looks like. If you tweak mounting surface though it could leak.

Ivr got a good pan ill sell ya for 25 plus shipping. And ill throw in a pickup tube if u need it also

your best bet is to just buy a new or used pan, then clean it and reinstall my biggest concern would be the oil pickup tube at this point.
