thanks guys, what kind of problems have people been having with the draw through setups?? Was going to get the BA2600 so i can run it either way...not looking to make a ton of HP (400rwhp at most)...was also going to run the tubular front bumper

OK after some searching, seems that I will just do the blow through set up with the BA 2600....looks like that will be the best setup...dont want it to run like crap!

Good choice going blow through you wont regret it, however that BOV that comes with that kit is garbage, just pick up a different one in the future. Theres nothing wrong with blow thru, in fact its better in most cases, more accurate readings, just make sure its on the straight pipe leading up to the throttle body, they dont like close bends or alot of turbulence

Excellent choice, i have this MAF as well you just need the 99-04 plug n play harness. Itll be a little more expensive than the sct but this way you wont have to solder or buy a seperate tube and flange to mount the sct
 
Stock MAF and Diablosport MAFia F7373. No additional harness needed. No tuning problems and good to over 1000 rwhp. I've seen them priced as low as $164 on the internet but I didn't know the company.

i wouldnt count on any "stock" MAF reaching up to 1000RWHP but then again people are doing some amazing things these days. Im assuming you meant the 90mm stock lightning MAF which i have seen pared with the diablo extender but only upwards of 500RWHP but no more than that before pegging. Alot of guys swear by the hpx slot style MAF for up to 600RWHP+.
 
If you are going blow thru get an PMAS HPX slot style maf with plug and play harness. Trick Tuners sells them for around $250 shipped. An aluminum slot style flange on ebay is $30 shipped. Below are pics of my setup with the cxracing piping, ebay flange, and hpx maf.

3" CX Racing intercooler will be just fine. I ran that on my V1 setup. You don't need to cut the bumper support for it either. Its the 4" one that needs it. This is my bumper support with my 4" intercooler

Bob kurgan says he has had several customers that have hit over 800+ with a stock maf w/ diablo extender.

so i decided to go this route to save some cash. i got the exteder for 25$ on ebay.. if it doesn work out, ill end up getting the HPX
 
2010 KOTS runner up tuned by us at KMS... twin turbo cobra with a stock maf (blow through) and a mafia.. made 983rwhp and has put over 30k miles on the motor since then..
Like i said some people are doing amazing things and with a great tuner such as yourself backing that car, i would have no doubt in my mind that you could make something like that happen. Its just a shame you moved to georgia but i guess thats where all the action is lol, wouldve loved to have my car tuned by you guys back in illinois again.

i came back to Chitown 6 times last year to tune cars at my buddies shop in St. Charles... i will be coming back as soon as end of Feb for my first session of 2013..

as the OP already has the sct2600 .... cant he use that one ?

i heard its a good maf (may not be new school like the hpx slot style), but it use to be good ..no? and he could save the $300 for something else.

Hey guys,

sorry ive been away for a bit ... working like crazy....heres my update on the progress so far...i know the cxracing bov sucks....its coming off and being moved to the new location between the sc and fmic...going with the tial bov. need to adjust the discharge tube as soon as the vmp MAF shows up



 
That looks really good, what is that hanging off your bumper support with the 2 SS lines?
