The reason I am waiting to get cards ordered is because I don't have a logo yet or even a design for the name. That's something i'm still working on. If you are going to be offering washes and waxes that card design looks perfectly fine to me. It's not cluttered or anything like that.
Yeah, wash, clay, wax. That's all i offer because it's college. Aint nobody got time for anything else! and if the paint is in good shape, it will just make it even better. I might do some demonstrations on cars as far as a good clay goes and tell them to FEEL the difference. Might sell a few jobs. I mean, I am not trying to make any sort of living out of it, just using the jobs to make my money back on supplies for my own car lol. So I don't necessarily need a logo or incredibly fancy card.

I thought about that, but at the same time, the picture speaks for what "beads" are lol. I'm gonna brainstorm another name though and leave the card as is besides a name change. maybe play with some other fonts. Thanks for the help/opinions!

"Got Beads" sounds more like a slogan than a name to me, but that's just me and my opinion.

I would say 99% of us in this section aren't immature enough to be sending spam to your phone number even if it was lol. I've posted my public facebook, number and address on here before lol.

Edit: I actually just googled the name of mine and there used to be a company named the same thing in the UK but nothing else in america with the same name! Also the uk company's site is no longer up so i'm the only one with any web presence! That makes me pretty happy.
I agree on that, it does sound like a slogan.

I googled my name and ive found just a couple, nowhere near me and one overseas lol.

Same here, Feb 19th is logo day! Im gonna order cards first, then work up an informational paper/packet for potential clients.

Got Beads sounds like a company that sells beads imo. Most people don't have nay idea what beading is. Other than that the card looks good.
Oh good point.^ lol

People need to know what you are about when they here the name tho. Just keep that in mind.

I plan on testing C9 tomorrow. Its going to be in the 40's and rain in the afternoon. Perfect to test beading and sheeting. I will strip wash the hood and do an IPA wipedown as well. Not sure on the clay yet, will determine if I want to after the wash. I think i'm going to do half the hood in C9 and the other half in Zymol carbon. Pics will be coming. Hope this helps you out chris.

That'd be perfect. Try to keep it dry for a few hours if you can before testing beading and sheeting. it needs a few hours to fully cure and bond with the paint. The gloss, slickness and beading properties change after a few hours vs testing it only a few min after application.

I've spent the past few hours detailing the gf's car for a surprise since she's been in Boston visiting her sister the past few days and come's back tomorrow. It's a 2006 Corolla she just bought last week and it looked like it hadn't been washed in years and the interior was even worse. The seats were removed for a full vacuum and steam cleaning of the carpet. The seats got a good deep steam cleaning as well. Exterior got a massive wash/decon/clay and a one step correction topped with two coats of Wolf's Body Wrap and two coats of Cloud 9. Headlights were polished because they were super cloudy and were just awful. All the glass got polished and sealed as well. I'm on hour 9 and this car has beat the **** out of me lmao. I hate working for free!!!

Cool thanks for the tip. It is not supposed to rain until 3 or 4. Will do it in the morning to give it plenty of cure time before the rain.
