I would, but i know i have no place to wash it. No hose, no room, etc.

although i've been told "not to" I decided to continue again this year using the water hoses in the parking garage until i get "caught" again and then i'll seek out someone to give me permission for it maybe. I run my minimal business out of the parking garage. I have a roof over my head and some good water pressure for my washing and detailing needs in it, so why not haha

2008 Rubicon full detail!

Never been a huge Jeep fan but this thing was the tits.

Washed with Maxi Suds + CG Orange Degreaser in the foam cannon. Wheels cleaned up with CG Sig Wheel Cleaner. Engine bay degreased, foamed and scrubbed down.

Foooaammmm:

The whole vehicle was like this. Lots a large, deep scratches from rocks, bushes, trees hitting the paint on the trails. Swirled to **** as well... :lol

The plastics on this Rubicon were SEVERELY faded. Especially the roof and interior door panels. I used 303 Aerospace on all the exterior trim and it worked great as usual. I reserve UTTG+ for my Stang though :lol Poorboy's Trim and Tire dressing on the interior.

Roof:

After two stepping with HD Cut and Polish I threw a coat of Pete's 53 on. I really loved how this color turned out. The results were great!

All pics were taken with my ancient Galaxy S2. None of the pics are doctored... lol.

The owner really needs to clean his CAI... hahaha

I'm 24 man. Nope I sure as hell wish it was though.... :lol 3000 sq. ft. of garage. Its pretty ridiculous.

It belongs to my friend's stepdad. He is LOADED. He lets me use his place for detail jobs. I guess he has a soft spot for veterans. He is a pretty cool dude.

His neighbor just hit me up today after getting done with a client's Jeep. He has an 05' Vette he wants 2 stepped! Can't wait to work on it it's pretty legit.

So far I know it works. I filled it with undiluted APC+ and gave the jimmys tires a deep cleaning, was way easier to spread product where I wanted it, saved my muscles, and got the APC to foam up nice on the tire, also saved product in the end. It doesnt feel quality at all so we'll see how long it lasts but for 8 bucks...screw it.

I have had one for years and works fine..even if it did break a year later or something it cost like 5.99
Noted. Im not really sure what ill use it for but im gonna get one. I think maybe wheel cleaner or Apc. Like you said, its cheap why not lol.

Had to push my mini cooper detail back a week. Pickin up my focus tomorrow, im probably gonna.fix.and drive the focus and sell the corolla.

Woke up with the puppy thus morning at the buttcrack of dawn and decided to wash the mustang. Almost four weeks since the big detail and the wax is holding up fairly well for not being in a garage.

Also with the sun rising I got a good look at the damage on my new to me explorer from the dealership detail. So many buffer trails it's insane. Especially considering they didn't even do a correction on it based on the light scratches around the car. I'll have to get to that before heading to Chicago where I don't have a garage or hose.

With any luck my einzsett and buff and shines should arrive today. Plan on using hd polish on green to correct some very light swirls on my car, then going to see how well it finishes on my moms black jimmy, THEN ill be fully correcting her door panel so I can really get my 2 step dialed in, its great paint to practice on. We'll see how well the einzsett insekt works on bugs and tar, I have quite a bit of both on my car.

Just ordered:
HD Polish
HD Cut
HD Poxy
HD Speed
HD Uno
Lusso Glass Polish
Collinite Metal Wax #850
Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax
#845 Chemical Guys Signature Series Glass Cleaner

WHAT WHAT got me a focus.

Needs a full detail but the paint overall is healthy other than a couple tiny rust spots.

2003 Zx3 with 2.0 DOHC Zetec, 118k miles, and paperwork showing any maintenance beyond an oil change.

I think it was 500 bucks well spent. Just gotta throw a new clutch slave cylinder in her and she will be the new daily.

Cant wait to clean this one up. It has CRUISE! (My corolla does not lol.)

I sold the mach 1 to buy a cobra sir, get THAT straight lol.

Just couldnt pass up a good deal on a hot hatch man.

Ill get another mustang, probably a 2013 when the S550s come out.

Didn't know non-svt foci were "hot" hatches.

Gonna start giving you crap now. Well, maybe just till you get a proper v8 car :p

Funny coming from a guy whos GT is a couple tenths slower than a MILLION new v6s running around lol.

I have 2 dailies, i can park them both in the garage that i OWN.

Hows that homework coming Mrs Frizzle?

lol

Nice exhaust tip.

Looks dope man I looked for a 5 speed focus before I got the mustang, couldn't find one.
LOL, yea i dont like the tip either, ill eventually change it, its got a little bumble bee noise to it now. not bad for a 4 banger lol.

^ I was about to say I like that fart can lol
Exactly what the PO called it, lol

The RS uk model was a hot hatch as well, the non-svt/rs ones are not lol.

500 bucks is nothing man! Nice pick up.
Mine is hot. Because its mine. lol.

For 500 bucks i basically stole it, stolen=hot....hot hatch BOOM

Are those slaves internal? Replace the clutch while you are in there..
Yea they are internal, it has a brand new clutch and the new slave failed...

The slave cylinder failed, they replaced the whole clutch kit with slave and had the flywheel resurfaced ect ect. But they bought the cheapest clutch kit they could find, so about a month later, the slave failed again. I have paperwork showing everything, they replaced the rear main seal as well as a bunch of other important seals.

Ive done some research, you have to replaced these slaves with an OEM or better part or they fail easy. Gotta spend the money on a ford part, nothing cheap and aftermarket and they do fine.

So yea itll be a bit of a project but nothing too crazy, gonna tackle it with a buddy next week. Whole trannys gotta come off, fun times.

The clutch actually works right now..ISH, lol. The PO (friend of mine) said itll work, then stop working. The clutch plate itself feels GREAT, being new it should. But its nice and crisp, pedal feel is good, the slave just is finicky, sometimes it wont allow the clutch to engage, sometimes it will. Luckily this is a very common thing on Focuses and there are plenty of write ups that walk you through the do's and dont's so that the fix will stick.

Cant wait to get it up and running right. As soon as its fixed. its getting a full detail. 1 step polish on the outside, engine degreased, and interior fully shampooed. Gonna be a pretty damn clean 600 dollar car lol.

OH and a fun side note, my corolla's starter finally went crap on me, LOL, replaced that this morning too. DUMB location. Back of the motor, top of the block UNDER the intake runners...dumbness. Fixed now, needed to be done anyway.
