WELL im finally trying to put everything together to build a supercharger from the ground up... My question is if everything here in my build list will work and if I am missing anything... I am still looking for a V1 or V2 head unit but other than that I think im looking golden.. Any input on the things ive listed would be great. A cheaper place to buy the same parts or other recommendations would be helpful! If there is anything im missing let me know!

First off, I would recommend purchasing the actual head unit first. That is going to be the hardest piece to find by far. Centri blowers have become very popular and get snatched up fast. It took me about 6 months of hard trolling to find my head unit. Also, the head unit may come with a bracket or injectors that you can use. Better to purchase them once and be done with it. I got my head unit with a couple odd pieces for a good deal and thought I was done. Wrong. $1300 in parts later and I am finally getting close. As unappealing as waiting longer to save up is, you are better off buying an almost complete kit from a knowledgeable forum member and dropping ~$2000 and being done with it.
Next, I see you are wanting to do an intercooler. You need to do a blow through setup (MAF after the supercharger) with this. The Lightning MAF will not work as well as other ones available. The PMAS HPX MAF is supposed to be the way to go for this. It is more expensive but worth it. I know the $300 price tag sucks, but you do not want a draw through setup. It is a pain in the butt. It makes plumbing in the by-pass valve more difficult, and if you decide to run a power pipe you are going to have a bad time fitting it all in the fender well. I am dealing with it now and have a lot of regrets.
Don't get hung up on the 42lb injectors. If you see them, snatch them up. But I could not find them used for less than $200+. I got my Cobra 39lb injectors for ~$110 and the adapters for $34, and they will still fuel more power than the stock block can support. The guys on SVTP pretty much give away those injectors.
Another thing I see your setup is missing is the BOV. Greddy, Tial, Vortech, or Big Red. Take your pick. All of them are going to be $250+.
Any idea on what the easiest pump to install is?
You do not want an easy fuel pump to install. You want one that will give you room to grow. The hardest part of installing a new fuel pump is physically dropping the tank. Which you will have to do with any setup. Do yourself a favor and don't get the Focus pump. There are much better options available. Check out the Division X stryker, or a similar 340lph pump. Drop that tank once and be done with it.
Dropping the tank and tapping the oil pan are the two scariest parts of going FI on our cars. My advice is don't stress about either. I dropped the tank by myself (with no jackstands :facepalm

in about an hour. Modifying the basket for the larger 340lph pumps take 30 minutes at most. The oil pan tap is as easy as it sounds. The hardest part for me was finding the correct punch and tap, haha.
Good luck!
