Have you tried washing it? I dont thing apple juice is the end of the mitt lol. id let it soak in hot soapy water for a day, then rinse it out and see whats up.

Ive "left" my mitt in a bucket with water before for a few weeks, got a little slimy, just soaked it in warm soapy water and rinsed with hot, other than a few tangles from me not brushing it often enough- its good to go.

Im probably gonna wash my car...tomorrow i think. I wanted to today but its overcast (which is perfect) BUT it gets dark here at like 7 now, which will be 630 with the cloud cover like it is lol.
Nah it fermented so I tossed it

Lol see new polisher from CG. It's best thing ever they say. Yet it's a standard 8mm polisher with less power than the griots but cost good bit more just shoved in a body like a rupes. I'll take a cheaper more powerful GG anyday

Is that the chinese knock off rebranded as CG? Didnt someone predict that one?

yea i saw he posted same thing on CG facebook page. saying ripoff as its no different then a little less powerful griots for more money. has a LCD display for setting you ar on but who cares about that. I woulda bought one if it was a 21mm

Cheap at DC anyway lol. I just got a new one.

Not even a knock off. It doesn't have large throw. Just 8mm like all others just in a rupes looking body.
I showed modded that polisher like an hour ago and we said the same thing

THATS what i was telling Cammin' it literally isnt any better than a GG. So they take a motor with LESS power, with the SAME throw, put it in a new body thats a rupes ripoff with a "Fancy" digital selector and call it the "BEST POLISHER ON THE MARKET" - WTF?

Typical CG, idk how their company is still around with the deceptive marketing they employ, its ridiculous. If that polisher was like 150 bucks, id say it would make sense if its smoother than a GG, but for 60 dollars more you arent getting anything more than a prettier plastic body.

Whats ever funnier is in one of the videos, the guy was like, "no dials to mess with" ...this easy to use digital display-WAIT A SEC, your telling me that turning 1 analog dial to control speed is harder than fumbling with 2 SEPARATE buttons for +/- speed...lol, what a joke.

He goes on to say how the polisher is made of "quality metal" and proceeds to knock on the ONE METAL PART on the whole polisher exterior (the spindle housing), lol- This guy has obviously never held a flex 3401...oh wait, he works at CG and they SELL THEM lol.

What a joke, i feel sorry for the 1000s of people who will probably waste their money on it. Im sure there will be a ton of people who go from a PC to the Torq and think its the bees knees, only because theyve never used a Griots.

Between the new Megs and CG I would choose the CG polisher. More power then Megs new machine. its pretty much exactly a PC or their old machine in a new body..They can throw all fancy stuff around saying it has torque management and crap but in the end its no different then a PC or the old megs machine in a new body. The old machine they had wasnt very popular I dont think I have talked to anyone who has ever owned one.

OK so to make teh CG polisher even more retarded. I just watched the video from Gregg. There is no trigger on it. just that on off switch and the +- to adjust speed. You turn on then use +- to get to setting you want. Then when you turn off it goes back to zero. So everytime you do a section shut off machine to wipe off. You have to go through steps of turning it on then press the + sign all way to whatever speed you are working at. and it starts spinning as soon as it goes to 1. This is a poor design

That's retarded, Idk how they survive running a company like they do, it all about money, not about providing a customer experience.

I knew that whole digital speed system was a horrible idea.

I've noticed my back window and some of my front window have what appear to be water spots on them. Well, at least that's what they look like.

Do you guys have a product you would recommend to fix this? I know polish works great for paint, but just not sure on windows. I've tried invisiglass on it so far with no help.

Machine polishing is the easiest/fastest way to remove spots on glass, IME. Most common aluminium oxide abrasives in polishes won't even touch the glass but they will remove mineral deposits in a hurry.
