What are you looking for? What don't you like about your current springs?

I haven't dealt with either spring but have many many BMR components and always look to them before anybody else when it comes to suspension and chassis stuff.

I mean I know when the car is lowered its gonna ride rough but I feel like these ride a little to rough ........and I too have BMR components PHB, LCA's and Relo's soon.....and the spring rate is high than most out there .......Front 230lb and Rear 200lb....don't know much about spring rate.......I know H&R has a lower drop than any other and BMR has a lifetime no sag warranty........ So am I wrong about this do all springs ride really rough ?

Shorter springs have to be stiffer to keep from bottoming out the suspension. It just has less travel to absorb the same amount of force. Progressive spring rates may give you a more comfortable ride over the little stuff. But pairing shocks with the springs will make a huge improvement on how she feels. Personally, I really liked the way my Bilstein HD's performed. It's self adjusting or variable valving was a really nice feature. Though a compromise for any particular style of driving, they performed very well in all driving situations with different kinds of springs. I ran them with stockers, ProKits and Cobra Jet RA springs.

I researched BMR and there spring rate is 165 front and 160 rear on there street springs and 240 front/200 rear performance springs.... Is the lower the number the better ? BTW I'm currently running Koni Orange Shocks/Struts if that helps any ....

So you want a smoother ride? Yes a softer spring rate will be better in most cases. But you won't be able to have it so low. It also wont handle as well.

Too soft is not good either for general everyday driving. Don't want to be bouncing around curves.

That's a tricky question because what may be comfortable for me might not work for you. I liked my ProKit springs. Never had them but I hear good things about the BMR springs. You just have to find that balance between comfort, looks and handling.

If you had H&R which kit SS or Race. The SS is a progressive kit. As the spring compress it gets stiffer. Thats what i would go with if being slammed is not what you want the Pro-Kit or the FRPP -K springs thats about a 1.5" drop for eather kit. But the H&R Race springs are a specific rate it is stiffer but in certain cases may be better handling spring. I have the FRPP- P springs. Its a 1" drop all around and i like them. They are nice just wish i went lower. If you want to take the rake out BMR sells a kit that is a 1.5" drop in front and 2" drop in back its a Progressive kit also so it shod ride nice. If you look up the stock spring rates and find some that are close. The SR performance springs(1.5" drop) that AM sells are great iv used them on 3 of my cars and would use them over any other springs on the market. Used them on my 03,09,and my brother in laws 13.

OK cool...

I have the ProKit springs and will be going with BMR whenever the time comes to switch. BMR used to sell a spring similar to the K-springs/ProKit springs that was a 1.5" drop all around, but Kelly himself talked me out of them and told me they were pulling them off the market (which they have now) because the comfort/ride quality compromise was just not worth it.
Nice ....yeah I'll prolly go with the BMR. Its not a slammed drop and I'm fine with that ....

You could check Tein also be for making the final. And you can get a small drop or the slam drop. Just remember which ever you pick if you want Comfort. Get a Progressive rate spring not a specific rate.

Hit up jayman and ask what he thinks. He helped me with my suspension questions. It's hard to compromise ride quality for great suspension, but sometimes, it can't be helped. I'm not at all trying to be a dick, but if you want the ride quality of stock, keep it stock. That's just my opinion. It's very difficult to replicate that smoothness with going to an actual suspension that can perform because it just does not work that way. I know the price is high, but maybe you could look into airlift if that's what you're looking for.

You won't be disappointed at all with BMR. If you're ever in my area, hit me up and I'll let you go for a ride with the Koni's on full soft. Damn near stock ride comfort.
