I agree, Emay's car almost looks better without them, and after taking them off I kind of agree.

I say Moss. But I also like the Cervinis kit without louvers at all. Seen Emay run without them and I think it looks just as good, if not better, without the 1/4 window louvers.

I used to have the cervini's scoops. i thought they always looked a lil too bulky even when paired with the rest of the c500 kit. i would photoshop the roush on there just to give you an idea. it might not look that bad.

but IMPO, i think it'll look better with nothing there (whether you go with the block offs or just leave the quarter windows). and you could always have the quarter windows shaved off. there's one guy on here (in germany i believe) that's done it and it looks pretty F'n good

That's my thinking. With them off, the car looks sleeker. With the side vents and 1/4 scoops, it's almost too much. Decisions, decisions.

Cervini's all the way! I'm actually considering those.

I have the SHR flush mount louvers with the Cervini kit and love the streamlined look.

 

I didn't see the Silver Horse Racing louvers. I like mine because I can look back and still see out of them.

keep the Cervini's bc they match the kit
but i like the 3D carbon louvers bc they tape onto the glass and not the paint

 

^^ If I went with a flush louvered style, I'd do the carbon fiber one's that have a reverse inset to them. Wish I could find another pic of them.

These aren't the one's but I like the look of these as well.

 

^^^yea i like those. we put these on my dad's GT CS and they look great and installed without any issue.

i have the xenon ones which were more difficult to get to stick and conform to the painted body. it took 2 tries to get the passenger side to stick good. if i had to do it again i would go with those 3D carbon ones.

 

I say leave the c500 ones.

Dang, that's a tough call. Those 3d carbon's look really nice, and follow the body lines really well. I like the SHR one's, they're just might I say, too classy looking?

I like the car without out them and with them. One of those things that goes either way. So I know what your going through Alter.

I had intended to get the Techco ones but they went under while my order was in at which point I never got them. If I did it again, I'd use the Cervinis covers and mold them in permanant.

 

what did you ever do with your 1/4 window scoops Erin?

 

I have these ones. had them for 3 years, paint matches perfectly and still holds strong!

OK, I think I've ruled out one. These are on blacllkllsi's car, and for some reason, just don't look right.

 

I'm not a fan of fake vents and scoops and the like.

Basically, my thought is if you get rid of the quarter-window scoops, you'll need to get rid of the fake brake-vent scoops, too, or it'll look wonky.

Those wheels are sex-ah. I am 92.3% sure that when my tires wear out and I'm ready to buy some bigger ones, I'm getting those CS69's.

Are those 20's? What size tires?
