For all who care.

I recently bought a 2.87 pulley for my powerdyne bd-600. Heres how to install it.

Stick a flat head screwdriver in the bottom of the belt for the crank pulley. Then use a breaker bar to break the bolt on the pulley on the blower. Its tight.

Once broken remove the bolt. Spray PB blaster on the hole and around were the shaft is on the supercharger. Using 2 screw drivers spin and slowly pry off the pulley. Use a blow torch on it to heat it up. Heat will be your freind.

Once removed, use some sand paper and clean off any rust on the shaft.
Next do the same for the new pulley. Then use the blowtorch to heat it up. Then it should slide on with some work. You may need to grind down the keyway a little. I had to.

Once on tighten the bolt down. Then reattach the belt and tension it. Then tighten the bolt that holds the pulley even more.

Start car and test out your new boost

well its a supposed 10psi pulley but i have yet to see it on the gauge. I only drove it twice after putting it on cause i ran out of gas.

But it pulls SOOOO much harder. I was like DAMNN

Most i made on the gauge was like 6psi again but it made alot of boost alot earlier

Well I had trick tuners check it and they said it was fine. Also a few other looked at it. I have some tweeking to do still with my handheld but over shes running fine.

Im also in the proccess of shopping for a new tuner at the moment.

Btw I went from 3.0 to 2.87 so not to big of a differance.

Its the whole $$$ thing. I cant piss away money. So i work with what I have taking cautious steps forward. Iv done my research and homework. My car run a 10.7 a/f when she was on the dyno and the farther you run it out the richer it got.

Later on the dyno i leaned it up 4% and it went to a 11.1 a/f. So what i did was i moved it back to the standered tune( 0% leaner) and then took a degree of timing out. I can assure you im running safe. I am not however getting all the power i could. I must say im accualy pretty far off on my a/f still. The smell of gasoline is still prominent throughout the cabin of the car. and shes still poping rich codes.

3.73s are next on the list
then im ordering a wideband.
