For all who care.
I recently bought a 2.87 pulley for my powerdyne bd-600. Heres how to install it.
Stick a flat head screwdriver in the bottom of the belt for the crank pulley. Then use a breaker bar to break the bolt on the pulley on the blower. Its tight.
Once broken remove the bolt. Spray PB blaster on the hole and around were the shaft is on the supercharger. Using 2 screw drivers spin and slowly pry off the pulley. Use a blow torch on it to heat it up. Heat will be your freind.
Once removed, use some sand paper and clean off any rust on the shaft.
Next do the same for the new pulley. Then use the blowtorch to heat it up. Then it should slide on with some work. You may need to grind down the keyway a little. I had to.
Once on tighten the bolt down. Then reattach the belt and tension it. Then tighten the bolt that holds the pulley even more.
Start car and test out your new boost
