For black rims, look into FR's, Roush, or maybe even black Bullitt's .. I'm not a fan of painted or aftermarket rims, so I suggest to keep them in the "Mustang" category, if you know where I'm coming from ..

Head lights, tail lights .. AM would have anything you need.

Body kits, I'm not a fan on

For exhaust, we have a thread with different setups you can listen to & try to find something you like. If not, then just try your own thing. You never know what you might end up liking

CAI is just the first mod I've always done with every car I've ever had .. idk why, just an easy mod

As far as springs, I have no idea. Ask 6er

You can cut the springs like 6er said, it will save you about $325- $450 depending on what springs and cc plates you get. So if you don't feel like spending all that money on just a 1.5-2 inch drop, then cut them things

yea cai, exhaust, chin spoiler, smoked out lights, lowered, and some wheels and your car will be perfect haha imo and def, be set apart from others in a good way
Oooor make it look like lots of other stangs. I'm not a big fan of the smoked out lights, black bullitts, mach 1 chin spoiler, wingless look, because it seems there's dozens of them out there.

There's no shame in some graphics, but keep them reserved and tasteful. Good ones include a blackout panel between the tailights, or the Mach 1 style stripes down the rockers. Going over the top with vinyl everywhere is generally frowned upon.

Body kits are also generally a no-no with a few OEM-style exceptions. You might get bashed a little, but Saleen, Roush, Mach 1, and Cobra body parts all fit and look pretty damn good. You can mix and match as you please.

so you want him to make it look like a car its not?
where did you get this from?

and im a fan of having my car look unique, thats why my rims match my paint instead of doing black on silver like 85% of the silver stangs out their, im not deleting my honeycomb grill, nor blacking anything out, except if i get projector headlights on the front,...that way you cant see the projecter as bad.

because he said that he could put some stripes like the mach's have, and showed pictures of 2 cars that his car should never look like, because its not

My V6 was mostly parts from other cars. Sure it had the 'stock' Roush body, I added the upgraded wheels/brakes/suspension of a Stage 3, hood from a 2K Cobra R, motor from an F150, fuel pump from a Focus and supercharger from a Terminator. :yes

IMO it's a sweeter ride than all the Mach 1 chin/grill delete, tinted lights, MUSTANG bumper lettering clones driving around out there on some type of Ford replica wheels.

OP - It's your car, do what you like with it. I will say don't cheap out. If you do a body kit, skip the fiberglass junk. It's a pain to deal with and will crack like crazy on you. Also, skip the cold air intake unless you just want something shiney and costs money. You'll get the same performance gain by taking out the silencer tube and adding a K&N drop in filter.

Yea you took it to a whole other level though thats different, I jusy hate when ppl with v6's have cobra front bumper and everything to make it look like a cobra and I agree its you car and at the end of the day its what you like

i been slacking on my replys ha.

i wouldn't know he first thing to do on how to cut my springs, nor would i be able to get them out. i think best bet would be to get some 80$ DNA springs and take to a shop?

if anything i would go with Saleen body kit but for a DD, just does not seem like a great idea to spend that much time and money.

@xi KRON1C ix-- your hood decal did that need to be cut?

i have read the exhaust threads up and down, i have looked at a few sites that have sound samples but they all are on v8s i believe so the sound not gonna match up for me.
im not gonna be crazy picky but i want to have some sound when i start up/accelerate. going with the Y-pipe going to still do the job? Flowmasters only one that's recommended?

Don't go cheap on springs. For parts that are THAT important you don't want crap quality.

There are a lot of nice looking 'kits' or front bumpers that will add a bit more style than stock if you want to go that route.

You can get ok sound out of many of the Y pipe back dual exhaust kits. Get on You Tube... you'll be able to find V6 exhaust clips to listen to.
