yes it will probably the most noticeable part you can do. minimizes body twist. and will actually help you in the long run ( after a while of rough driving the body twists alot and will get uneven causing your doors not to line up properly or squeak and such.. the sub frame connectors will prevent this from happening (given they are installed correctly)

not to rain on the MM parade, but steeda's are a much cleaner installed product & they come with a lower torque box reenforcement that MM doesen't. far superior product IMO.

if you check on AM and go to their installation instructions for the subframe connectors they will have pictures on how to install it so that you can get a reference on what it will look like and the amount of work needed.

The Unibody Chassis
Image

The Mustang's chassis is constructed of sheet metal which is formed into channels and box sections to give it strength.

Sheet metal subframes on the underside of this assembly support the front and rear suspension components. Box section rocker panels on each side provide longitudinal rigidity. This produces a strong, lightweight chassis, but one that has a tendency to flex. It is sometimes referred to as the 5th spring in the Mustang's suspension.

Chassis stiffness can be significantly improved by installing subframe connectors, consisting of metal bars or tubes that are bolted or welded across the gap between the front and rear subframes.

yeah subframes dont add hp and they are by no means an impressive mod. your wont impress your buddies when you say "Hey man! i just got some SFC!" lol but its probably one of the smartest mods you can do to your car, to most people dropping 150$ on peices of metal that 1) no one will prob even see or notice. and 2) that you will not gain power from seems worthless, but once your start upping your HP and running stickey tires and beating on your car, youll be pissed you didnt get them when you need to lift your doors to get them to close, or your convertible top starts pouring water on you when it rains lol
