What Did You Do To Your Sixxer Today?

I gotta say my experience after relocating my battery to the trunk. Ive had it done before but had start up issues, but ive learned from my mistakes. This time I have the battery on the right side of the trunk (where its the right rear tire actually doing the spinning). Now with a high performance Optima Gel battery for the cranking power with the added wire distance. And directly wiring it to the starter and ground. NO startup issues what so ever.

Its raining in Houston, so it was the worst case scenario with our cursed mustang slippery handling. But where my tires would normally slip on take-off, there was no slipping at all, I didnt even have to hold back because of the rain. The Gel Optima battery is also heavier than a standard battery, so its better traction.

Other noticeable benefits; Braking is amazing. Turning at speeds feels solid. Acceleration feels strong. Very well recommended mod for our cursed handling mustangs.

Just my thoughts...

Packed up most of the remainder of my stuff into the car today. Prepping for a stealth move-out. All thats left in my bedroom is the (nearly empty) dresser, bed, computer desk, a fan, and a chair.

Shame I cant fit more stuff in the car lol

8.8 with 4.10s inside + apparently the cover is some aftermarket thing. Got it all from another member on ModdedMustangs. says it's got 40k on it, and I'm ok with that.

Got into an argument with my mother a while back and we havent spoken in a while. Im moving in with my father until I ship out in October, just dont feel like dealing with any drama at this point when I already have enough going on.

Fitting my TV in the car isnt going to be as hard as last time because I dont have the box now. When I bought the thing I had to drive all the way home (10 miles) with the top down because it didnt fit in the car with it up. It was January and 9pm. Was a ball of a ride.

Thats the best part of having the constantly shunned vert model. Instant pickup truck.
