Keep what you have man, theres plenty of other treat cars you could use as a daily for a hell of a lot cheaper than a 5.0. I agree with all the guys who posted against it lol. you can get a c5z for cheaper than a 5.0, and still have 10-15k to play with. Found a few c6z for 40k Just saying. thats the beast of the street, if you're going to spend 35-40k with financing on a 5.0 you mine as well spend the extra and get a z lol

Lol I'd love to buy a c6z. If I ever found one for the right price, I probably would.

Yeah I was just thinking. Gonna see where my credit is at, and how much of a down payment I would need to put.

FYI, I still have like 11 more months to pay on my car. I got stuck with a horrible loan on my car, but I just turned 18 and I wanted one, so I didnt care.

Only thing is, if I decide I want to get a coyote, I have to commit. Take everything off my car and sell it, and return to stock. Buy a few stock parts.

Well see, haven't made up my mind yet.

Dont do it youll regret it! I thought about selling my car and getting a new coyote a few times also. But I know Ill regret it. Wait until your car is done and you smoke coyotes all day!

A friend of mine bought a Coyote right off the shelf as soon as they hit the market rather then build his mustang. He hates his decision to buy the Coyote especially after riding in my car.

Lol. I'm pretty sure I'd regret getting rid of my car. But I don't want the fastest car. I want something that'll be quick, look good, and comfortable driver, like slow said.

I have a few weeks to think about it anyways. I may post a feeler ad for all the **** I have just to get an idea of how much I could sell all this stuff for.

I did find a 2012 white boss I really liked. If I could put down like 25-30% on one, I sure I could get it.

I am up against the Fence right now about a new car but I have a few months to decide. I want a car that can make 800RWHP without cracking the valve covers for nothing more then cams. Right now I am leaning towards a 2007-2010 Shelby GT 500, 2012 Boss, Or SRT Viper.

Get the gt500 or viper! My girls dad has an 06 viper :drool that car is awesome. If only I could get him to drive it to run him.

I mean the Viper is awesome but it was slow, handles like crap, and is ugly? :dunno You should get the GT500. I would love a gt500. If I didnt buy my car I would of saved and gotten a 07-08 GT500.

I have heard that about the Vipers, but im just looking for something that i dont have to completely rebuild to the extreme I did my 2V.

This ... just like the other thread by Baznasty ... is the reason I so strongly disagree with "do everything 100% at one time" philosophy. I mod piece by piece as I can afford it. Every grand plan for some super killer 1,000whp "Mega-Build" always ends in a really long classified listing.

I could easily afford a new Coyote but I love having no car payments on any of my vehicles and consequently having funds to tinker with. I soemtimes think I enjoy tinkering with my car more than driving! But I understand the appeal of a new 5.0 ... that new C7 sure got my attention! (Sorry Ford Die-Hards!)

Yea I hear you. Im not going to lie if I had the money and could keep my mustang I would definetly buy a Viper to go along with it though.
