What Did You Do To Your Sixxer Today?

PM my on fog light wiring info. Tell me how you want it to function and if you want a switch or now. Ill tell you if its possible and how to wire it.

Mine is wired without a switch.

I got it running later Thursday. Drivable the following Saturday. Its good to go now.

I put the new bushings in the control arms, put the coil-overs on front too, and drove it around quite a bit. Everything has checked out nicely.

Low, noisy, and bumpy, but it doesn't bottom bottom out on everything because the suspension has plenty travel unlike normal lowering springs.

I also have strange adjustable struts and shocks and it is awesome. I can make them firm and it handles like a champ, then I can make them soft, and it rides like a Cadillac(lol).

I'm running 12-200 springs up front and 10-150 in the rear. I'm going to switch to 9-140 in the rear because it won't get low enough and its a bit TOO stiff.

I'm also going to work on getting my strut tower brace set up right so I can get rid of flew. I need to mod the coil pack bracket and I might need to mod my hood. I will also make a one-off shock tower brace. All the welding has to wait until one of my co-workers get his welder back (within the month). He is also going to re-weld my sub-frame connector because the right rear came loose).

But no plans for anything serious for a while. I hate not driving it for months.

Beat you to 'two-off'?

After tons of pics, I've decided the Saleens. I like have you can see the brakes better, and its more of a bowl shape rather than a spider.

BTW, about the Foglight housing melting... My old driver's side fog had a hole because of halogen the bulb... It stopped once I ditched to HIDs.:yes

Also... Did anybody else on here order te new MM decals yet? What color? I got both black and white. I was thinking about putting the black ones on the quarter window but I'm not sure how it'd look...

Finally got my cai and tune! I love it. I Aldo added smoked tail lights and a sequential tail light kit.

Whats to bet? You just put the numbers your getting and Ill do the same, theres no thrill thats worth betting for in it.

google putco jet yellow bulbs.

around 30 bucks for a pair. looks just about as yellow as HIDs.

here is them on my car (Note, they look even more yellow in person, the picture is on my phone which makes them look dull):

I got black ones. Im gonna put them on tomorrow before i bleed my brakes. I wish he had red ones made. I wouldve put them on today but ive been fighting my brake system. I put my line lock on the other day and had leaks apparently. Now leaks are fixed for sure but now i think i have air in the system even after bleeding them once. I did get a good burnout but went down the road about 50 yrds at a slow pace. Haha
